The Latoya and Joe Dawkins Miracle Child Grant provides grants to couples who require fertility treatments to have children.
All Grants are awarded based on a random selection. Grants are provided when funding permits.
The criteria for applying are:
1) You MUST have a diagnosis of infertility from your doctor.
2) You MUST be a legal permanent US resident.
3) You must provide a physician’s note promptly within 2 weeks from the date in which the grant was awarded. Diagnosing physician should include an official diagnosis of infertility, which will state the minimum treatment necessary to conceive.
